TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Nature of the service and user responsibility
UnlockCam is a supplemental app that attempts to record a selfie when the same app returns to the foreground during a user-started capture session. Users are responsible for lawful use, third-party rights, their device, permissions, battery, and settings, and must not rely on this app alone.
2. Prohibited conduct
Illegal or unauthorized use, improper third-party recording, tracking, harassment, surveillance, infringement, reverse engineering, resale, or harmful conduct is prohibited.
3. Third-party services, changes, and suspension
The app depends on Apple, iOS, and the device camera and Photos features. Features may be changed, suspended, or ended for maintenance, safety, legal, review, third-party, or other reasonable reasons.
4. Warranty and liability
Capture, on-device storage, display, availability, completeness, or evidentiary value is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, developrr is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this app. This does not exclude liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, death or personal injury, or other liability that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.
5. Severability
If a provision is invalid, it is severed only to the minimum necessary extent, and the remainder remains effective.
6. Governing law and venue
Japanese law governs and, where permitted by law, the Osaka District Court or Osaka Summary Court is the agreed court of first instance.
Special notes (UnlockCam)
UnlockCam does not directly detect a general iPhone unlock event. Photos are not uploaded to cloud storage. When enabled by the user, the app attempts to save photos to the device's Hidden album. Optional location metadata and Hidden-album saving can both be disabled in Settings.
